Sruti is passionate about strengthening community health care through collaboration, strategic thinking, and meaningful system change. As the PCN Project Manager at the Abbotsford Division of Family Practice, she works closely with providers, community partners, and health system stakeholders to improve access to care, support integrated services, and advance initiatives that enhance both patient and provider experiences. Her work focuses on bridging priorities across organizations, helping translate strategy into practical, community-based solutions.
Drawing on her background in health system transformation, operations, and stakeholder engagement, Sruti brings a thoughtful, systems-focused approach to building sustainable improvements. She has experience leading initiatives related to process optimization, service integration, and the development of tools and processes that support informed decision-making and organizational priorities.
Outside of work, Sruti enjoys paddleboarding, true crime documentaries, and discovering her next favourite coffee spot!
