Rashmi joined the Abbotsford Division of Family Practice as a People and Program Assistant, bringing a strong background in healthcare administration, human resources, and public health operations. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and is also a member of CPHR, reflecting her commitment to professional growth and excellence. Her work focuses on supporting the coordination of programs, enhancing team collaboration, and contributing to efficient and community-centered healthcare services.
Prior to joining the Division, she gained valuable experience working with Fraser Health in diverse administrative and patient-facing roles. Her experience spans supporting multidisciplinary teams, coordinating client services, managing complex scheduling, and handling a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities in fast-paced healthcare environments. She has also contributed to human resource functions, including onboarding and staff support, strengthening her ability to work collaboratively while maintaining high standards of organization and professionalism.
Outside of work, she enjoys designing and expressing creativity, as well as cooking and trying new recipes. She also loves listening to music and values spending quality, healthy time with her family, which inspires her balanced lifestyle and positive approach to both her personal and professional life.
