What we do
We’re a non-profit that supports our physician members to improve health access and equity in the Abbotsford community. Working with the province’s Family Practice Services Committee, Fraser Health Authority, community groups, universities, the City of Abbotsford, and the provincial government, we bring forward programs that engage and benefit our community.
Supporting patient health is what our members do — and supporting our members is what we do. We are building the right relationships and creating stronger partnerships to move our work forward.
Vision
We envision a future where every individual in Abbotsford has access to exceptional team-based primary care, delivered by dedicated and thriving healthcare providers.
Mission
The Abbotsford Division of Family Practice is dedicated to strengthening the foundations of primary care.
