Meghann is passionate about advancing health equity and improving access to comprehensive healthcare services. With extensive experience managing community health initiatives, she focuses on addressing the social determinants of health to build a more equitable and accessible healthcare system. Meghann fosters partnerships with healthcare providers and local organizations. She also leads the Patient Advisory Council, ensuring patient voices shape primary care strategies and contribute to improving health outcomes in the Abbotsford community.

In her role, Meghann oversees the Community health side PCN management, ensuring the smooth implementation of primary care initiatives while driving collaboration across healthcare teams. She also manages budget and project activities, quality improvement efforts, and communications strategies. Meghann advocates for equity-denied populations, drives physician education initiatives, and oversees Division & PCN communications. As an active participant on various community, municipal, and provincial committees, she promotes collaboration to achieve shared healthcare goals. Living in Abbotsford with her partner, Meghann is deeply committed to creating a healthcare environment where everyone has access to high-quality, compassionate care.
