Meghann is passionate about advancing health equity and improving access to comprehensive, community-based healthcare. With extensive experience leading community health initiatives, she focuses on addressing the social determinants of health and building strong partnerships that foster a more equitable healthcare system.
As Community Health Integration and PCN Manager in Abbotsford, Meghann co-leads implementation of primary care strategies, leads the Patient Advisory Council, and works closely with healthcare providers, local organizations, and community members. Her portfolio includes project management, quality improvement, physician engagement, and co-design.
In addition to her professional work, Meghann actively volunteers with nonprofits that support the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and individuals with lived experience of gender-based violence. She is committed to creating safe, inclusive, and compassionate systems of care.
Currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy – Social Policy at the University of York, Meghann also contributes to municipal and provincial health committees, working to align grassroots priorities with system-level change. She lives in Abbotsford with her partner and remains deeply dedicated to building a healthcare environment where everyone can thrive.
