Purpose and Principles: The MOA Network Committee oversees the development and progression of the MOA Network, providing oversight for learning sessions and ensuring accountability for scope, timelines, budget, and deliverables. Guided by principles such collaboration, innovation, and mutual respect, the committee strives to create a supportive environment for MOAs in our community.
Membership and Leadership: Any MOA or Office Manager currently working in Abbotsford may hold membership in the MOA Network. The committee consists of 5-7 individuals with diverse experiences, selected annually.
Term: The committee operates on a yearly cycle.
Communication: Meetings will be 4 times/year occurring once every quarter in person/virtually.
Remuneration: Members are compensated at the sessional rate of $35/hour for meeting time, leading or teaching at learning sessions and planning networking events.
